Formation

Overview

EAG is an executive program for leaders who oversee advertising operations without running them day-to-day. It provides frameworks to ask the right questions, read governance signals, and understand what it means to 'control' a delegated programmatic operation.

Objectifs

  • Understand where value and risk accumulate in programmatic (fees, leakage, incentives, opacity).
  • Define governance expectations: roles, approvals, change control, access management, and evidence retention.
  • Read AdOps reports and align board/CFO concerns with operational reality.
  • Set a decision cadence: what should be reviewed weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Who is it for

  • CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CROs, GMs
  • Board members and audit committee participants
  • Heads of marketing / growth who delegate operations
  • Public sector leaders responsible for transparency and accountability

Prerequisites

No technical prerequisites. The program assumes managerial responsibility for outcomes, budgets and risk — not hands-on configuration.

Assessment

No exam by default. An optional completion assessment can be added for organizations that require documented learning outcomes.

Deliverables

  • Executive checklist: what to ask, how to validate, and when to escalate.
  • Reporting map: which reports matter, how to interpret them and what mismatches mean.
  • Governance template: operational cadence and accountability structure.

Objective: know how to ask the right questions and read reports with confidence.

Public cible

Executives, finance, governance, and performance managers.

Skills

Governance, traceability, report reading, exception management, and trade-offs.
